Drawing on more than 38 years of experience in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, sales, and technology, I help clients navigate leadership challenges, sales effectiveness, career transitions, and important professional decisions through thoughtful questions, practical insight, and accountable action.
Whether you're leading a team, growing a business, driving revenue, navigating a career change, or simply feeling stuck, coaching provides a confidential space to think more clearly, challenge assumptions, and move forward with purpose.
In addition to direct engagement, I partner with organizations that want to invest in the growth of their leaders and professionals. Coaching engagements may be sponsored by employers as part of leadership development, executive coaching, career transition, or professional growth initiatives. Regardless of engagement type, all conversations are confidential.
Alone at the top?
Overwhelmed by competing priorities?
Carrying the weight of difficult decisions?
Constant pressure to hit targets?
Struggling with pipeline quality or progression?
Looking for the next level of performance?
Unsure what's next?
Frustrated by a stalled job search?
Navigating an unexpected transition?
Regardless of our titles, we’re all at the top of an entity, whether that’s our company, our department, our team, our individual role, or our careers. And it can be lonely at the top. There’s often high expectations, limited space for reflection, and few truly neutral thought partners.
Coaching unlocks human potential, in a non-confrontational, non-judgmental way, enabling you to address challenges, work through concerns, and achieve meaningful goals. Through coaching, you learn to see things as they are, separating facts from the stories we may overlay, so you can take purposeful action.
I listen deeply, not only to what is said, but also to what may be unspoken.
Through careful observation and thought-provoking questions, I support you in clarifying goals, developing action plans, and uncovering underlying concerns or limiting beliefs.
Coaching is provided on a confidential, unscripted, one-to-one basis, with utmost professionalism, drawing on proven tools and structured frameworks when appropriate, to meet your needs.
My coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and continuous learning. I bring over 38 years of professional experience across individual contributor, sales, management, and executive roles within boutique, mid-sized, and global organizations, including ownership of my own consulting firm. This background allows me to meet clients with practical insight, credibility, and deep respect for the complexity of leadership. I have been providing coaching on a formal basis for the past 5 years, in addition to informally coaching colleagues throughout my career. I have also worked purposefully with an Executive Coach, as a coaching client, over the past 20 years.
I believe that coaching should be accessible and equitably structured for all, regardless of where you are on your career journey. My intention as a coach is to support you in living fully and achieving what you want in work and in life.
If there’s one quality that consistently defines how I show up, it’s my seemingly endless positivity. Through presence, curiosity, and an unwavering belief in human potential, I look forward to supporting you in aligning with your passion, achieving your goals, and navigating what’s next.

I've compiled a list of the most common questions and answers for you. However, please feel free to schedule time with me to discuss any questions you may have.
How does this work?
Successful coaching is primarily dependent on two things:
The coaching client’s willingness to change and do the work
The coach’s ability to respectfully challenge the client through insightful questions and observations to push the client outside of their comfort zone
How does coaching relate to mentoring, consulting or other forms of professional engagement? (What Coaching is Not)
Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or performance evaluation. I won’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I’ll help you think more clearly, challenge assumptions, and take purposeful action aligned with your goals.
Will you report back to my boss? What does HR get? Will this impact my performance review?
When an organization sponsors coaching, we can align upfront on high-level goals. However, the content of our conversations remains confidential. I do not provide detailed session reports.
Are the details of what we discuss confidential?
Our conversations are confidential. The only exceptions would be legal requirements such as a court order. If an employer is sponsoring the coaching, we may align on high-level objectives and utilization, but session content remains private.
What if I don’t know my objectives yet?
That’s completely fine. Sometimes clarity is the first outcome. We can begin by exploring what feels unclear, stuck, or important right now.
How long will it take to work through my objectives?
Each coaching client and their objectives are unique. How long it takes is primarily driven by the coaching client. It can be as brief as a single coaching session or can continue based on how those objectives progress.
I have clients who work with me for a single session, over a series of sessions on one or more objectives, and on an ongoing basis, often as a way to identify blind spots and address new challenges while continuing to achieve success.
How will I know this is working?
You’ll know it’s working if you find yourself making decisions more confidently, navigating situations differently, or taking actions you previously avoided. We can also define specific markers of progress early on.
Do you ever give advice?
My primary role is to ask questions and reflect observations. Occasionally, if helpful, I may share perspective or tools, but always in service of your thinking, not to replace it.
When can we start?
As soon as possible, based on our respective schedules and finalization of our Coaching Agreement. This can be as soon as one week after our initial conversation.
How frequently do we meet?
Meeting frequency is determined primarily by the client. I have clients who meet with me weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly.
Do we meet on an agreed-upon schedule?
Meeting schedule is determined primarily by the client. While establishing a schedule of meetings at the outset of our relationship often enables the client to get the most value from our relationship, we can also schedule one meeting at a time, setting the next meeting at the end of each current meeting.
What are the expected outcomes from our work together?
Ideally, there are three primary outcomes from our work together:
Enhanced way of being and self-awareness, enabling innovative solutions
Greater clarity in situational understanding, objectives, and approach
Establishment of a trusted coaching relationship as needs may arise
What are our respective responsibilities?
You: Show up open, reflective, and willing to experiment.
Me: Create a safe, challenging space and ask the questions that help you see more clearly.
Both: Engage honestly, fully present, and without ego.
How much does it cost?
Coaching should be accessible to all, regardless of career level or current circumstances. Coaching fees are equitably structured based on your annual earnings to promote accessibility across career stages. Clients self-select the pricing tier that best aligns with their current situation.
A limited number of pro bono coaching engagements are reserved for individuals with financial constraints or those navigating career transition without employer-sponsored support.
Our first conversation is complimentary. This introductory session provides an opportunity to share background, discuss your objectives, review the coaching process and pricing, and determine whether working together is the right fit.
What is the minimum commitment (number of sessions? contract duration? session duration?)
There’s no minimum commitment. Some clients engage for a single session; others continue over time based on evolving goals.
Three-month duration with bi-weekly meetings tend to work well for goal alignment and planning purposes. Clients often continue in subsequent similar blocks.
What happens if I miss a session? (rescheduling? billing implications?)
We will work to reschedule your session as soon as possible, without charge for the missed session. If multiple sessions are missed, we will have a conversation to determine if this is right time for you to be working with a coach.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via check or electronically.
Are you willing to sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. I can provide a standard confidentiality agreement for our respective signatures.
What happens if this isn’t helpful?
Then we’ll say so. Coaching should feel useful. If at any point it doesn’t, we’ll discuss whether to adjust our approach or conclude the engagement.
Who have you worked with before?
I believe that coaching should be accessible to all, regardless of whether someone is leading a company, a department, a team, or simply navigating the responsibility of shaping their own future. As such, my clients range from global leaders of Fortune 1000 companies to executives to entrepreneurs to entry level and early career professionals.
Have you worked with someone in my situation?
While every context is unique, I’ve worked with leaders navigating transitions, organizational politics, team challenges, and personal inflection points. My role is less about your industry and more about how you think, decide, and lead.
Please contact me to schedule a complimentary confidential conversation to share context, discuss coaching needs, and determine whether working together makes sense.
Can you provide me with references?
Yes. I am happy to provide references. To minimize the burden on my references, I ask that you coordinate outreach through me.
In the interim, please feel free to review the testimonials on my website.
What are your credentials?
My coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and continuous learning. I bring over 38 years of professional experience across individual contributor, management, and executive roles within boutique, mid-sized, and global organizations, including ownership of my own consulting firm.
What’s your story? Why did you get into Coaching?
I’ve been fortunate to work with an exceptional executive coach and to learn from remarkable mentors throughout my career.
My intention as a coach is to share that benefit with others and to support you in living fully and achieving what you want in work and in life.
What’s your interaction style?
I listen deeply, ask direct questions, and maintain a positive but honest tone. I’ll challenge you respectfully, especially where I sense blind spots or untested assumptions.
If there’s one quality that consistently defines how I show up, it’s my seemingly endless positivity.
Through presence, curiosity, and an unwavering belief in human potential, I look forward to supporting you in aligning with your passion, achieving your goals, and navigating what’s next.
